Important Registration Information

Please note:

• Registration is per farm, not per attendee

• You must purchase at least one registration ticket for your farm to attend (WV Member or NON-WV Member)

• Food tickets for Friday dinner and Saturday lunch are optional, but must be purchased per person, NOT per farm. 

Please note the GPS addresses of the event locations at both farms.

NOTE: The registration deadline for headcount purposes is June 26, 2026. After this date, we cannot guarantee meal availability or accommodations for food counts.
