We welcome licensed and insured photographers and hope to provide a great location for Christmas photos. However, we have strict guidelines that must be followed.

All professional photography performed at Quarter Pine Tree Farm must have written consent by Quarter Pine Tree Farm before photo sessions.

We will NOT allow Christmas Minis to occur after November 23rd, 2025, so we can prepare the farm for our opening weekend.

Sections and Map Locations

You will have access to your section from Sunrise to Sunset the whole day - $120.00 FEE for each DAY/DATE. Hardin Hollow location will be $150.00 FEE. Click on button below to view sections.

How do you book?

When you book, be sure to create a profile. There, you will upload your signed contract, business license, and insurance. Click the contract button below to download. If you have questions about the certificate of insurance, please email quarterpine@gmail.com.

For Professional Photographers:

Please note: Christmas Minis must be completed by November 23, 2025, so we can prepare the farm for our official tree season opening.

Session Details:

  • $120 per Day/Date for regular sections

  • $150 per Day/Date for the Hardin Hollow location

  • Access is from sunrise to sunset—spot times will say 9:00 AM, but your section is reserved all day

Liability Insurance: Your Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) must list both:

James E. Rockis (individual) and

Quarter Pine Tree Farm Shoppe, LLC (entity)

as Additional Insureds.

It is your responsibility to ensure these are correctly named and spelled on your COI. You can have your insurance provider email the certificate directly to quarterpine@gmail.com.

A few quick booking notes:

  • The system does not allow you to book multiple sections in a single transaction. If you want to reserve more than one section, you’ll need to complete separate bookings.

  • Don’t forget to book your rain date! Use code RAIN2025 at checkout to reserve one FREE rain date per client. Your rain date should be at the end in case your prior booked sessions get rained out.

  • You don’t have to pay in full to secure your spots—just the deposit needed for each date. The remaining balance will be due by September 1, 2025.

  • If you do want to pay in full now, that option is available—but double-check before you click, just in case!
